Global Investors Forum, First Edition

Role: Content Producer

Intro

The Global Investors Forum (GIF), is a new international platform bringing together government leaders, CEOs, investors, and innovators from Georgia, the Gulf, and Eurasia. As the Content Producer for the first edition, I developed all program content required to support keynote speakers, panel discussions, project presentations, moderators, and stage teams. This foundational content work was essential in shaping the tone, structure, and clarity of a brand new global Forum.

Objective

Create the content framework and session materials needed for the inaugural Forum, ensuring a cohesive program across keynotes, panels, and project presentations while preparing speakers and moderators for a smooth stage experience.

Challenge

As the Forum’s first edition in Georgia, there were no existing templates or established content structures. Speakers and dignitaries were confirmed on a rolling basis, with updates, panel adjustments, and evolving agendas. The Forum needed consistent, accurate, and professional content materials that could adapt quickly while maintaining a high standard.

Strategic Approach

1. Program Content Architecture

  • Developed the full suite of content materials for stage delivery, including:

    • MC scripts

    • Session introductions and transitions

    • Moderator guides

    • Panel question flows

    • Speaker bios and pronunciations

    • Project session content outlines

  • Ensured every segment aligned with the Forum’s themes and objectives.

2. Speaker and Moderator Preparation

  • Coordinated preparation for more than forty speakers, including government leaders, executives, and panelists.

  • Collected and validated biographies, titles, photos, and speaking materials.

  • Provided guidance packages for moderators to support timing, tone, and discussion flow.

  • Prepared tailored notes for each speaker to ensure accurate stage introductions.

3. Timing and Flow Development

  • Created the Forum’s timing documents, outlining session order, pacing, transitions, and protocol considerations.

  • Adjusted scripts and content as new speakers were added or session orders shifted.

  • Integrated sponsor recognitions and diplomatic acknowledgments into the program content.

4. Project Session Content Production

  • Produced the content guidance for all project presentations, including structure, timing expectations, and speaking notes.

  • Ensured presenters had clear, concise instructions to deliver sharp, investor-focused pitches.

  • Coordinated with AV and interpretation teams to ensure alignment with slides and speaking flow.

Execution

Pre Event Content Delivery

  • Managed ongoing content updates as new information was received from speakers, partners, and organizers.

  • Maintained version control and ensured all teams had the latest scripts and materials.

  • Provided moderators, AV staff, and interpreters with precise content packets to prepare for live execution.

Cross Team Collaboration

  • Worked closely with project manager to ensure alignment between content, logistics, and onsite needs.

  • Supported stage teams with clear directions and reference documents to facilitate smooth transitions.
